Inc. of Toledo, Ohio announces VIA, Productivity Improvement
through Time Study™, a new self-paced training course.
It is aimed at providing the techniques and rationale for
setting time standards in competitive manufacturing and service
companies. Time study remains the quickest and most efficient
method for developing work standards. Productivity improvement,
cost reduction and goal-setting can be achieved through the
establishment and maintenance of accurate work standards.

This fully integrated course provides theory and practical
examples, It has been designed for engineers, production supervisors,
team leaders and shop floor personnel. The course includes
a workbook, performance rating videos and PC-based training
software. The software is graphic, interactive, menu-driven
and concludes with an internal certification exam.
