Total project management of a major instrument panel launch program for a major automotive supplier.

The project included detailed planning and tracking of all tools, as well as plans for material resources, quality, manufacturing training, manufacturing facilities, and production launch.

IET personnel directed every phase of the manufacturing launch, from start-up through full production. IET personnel were also directly involved with customer contacts.

All phases of the program were successful and implemented on time.

All pre-production and production requirements were met.

After just one month of operation, performance was rated at 95 percent.
